It looks like it's working, but it isn't.

I build your website, CRM and tracking as one system, then prove every part fires.

THE AUDIT NOBODY RUNS

Nothing looks broken. That's the problem.

The tags are installed, so tracking is done. The zap exists, so follow-up is automated. The site loads, so the site is fine. Everything reports green and nobody looks closer.

01 · WHAT THE DASHBOARD SAYS

Conversions are up this month. The report is green, so the spend gets signed off again.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED

A customer asks why nobody followed up. GA4 shows zero conversions in a month you know was busy. A button has been dialling a dead number since the last redesign.

02 · WHAT THE DASHBOARD SAYS

The numbers looked right at the time, so the budget was set from them.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED

You have already spent the ad budget, already reported the number, already lost the lead.

03 · WHAT THE DASHBOARD SAYS

Every contractor tested their own piece and every piece passed.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED

The site, the CRM and the tracking are three different jobs, done by three different people, at three different times. Nobody tests the whole path, because the whole path is not anybody's job.

THE FIX

One system. One person. Verified end to end before anyone calls it finished.

Not a better tag or a better plugin. Everything from the click to the booked job treated as one path.

One person builds the whole path, and proves it works.

Most freelancers own one leg of it. The designer hands off, the automation person never touches the tracking, the tagging contractor never sees the backend. I'm usually the one called in afterwards, so I know the failure modes by name.

Sometimes the client spots it. More often I find it in an audit, months after they've been setting budget off numbers that were never real.

The whole path
THE FAILURE MODES
1A form that submits and never creates a record.
2Conversions firing twice, so the report reads better than the business.
3Calls and forms landing but tagged to the wrong event, so nothing in the account means what it says.

You don't have to take my word for it. Every build hands over with a recorded pass on the live site: form submitted, CRM record created, tag applied, automation fired, event fired. If I can't show it firing, it isn't finished.

Who you'd be working with

Seph Beredo
Australia and the USOne build at a timeAccounts in your name

I'm Seph, and I work from Lucena City, a couple of hours south of Manila.

I started out building websites and nothing else. Then a lead-gen agency I was working with needed someone to take on the tracking, and it landed on me. I learned it on the job, one broken setup at a time, and I've been doing both ends ever since.

You'll hear from me more in writing than on calls, and that's deliberate. Short updates and recorded walkthroughs mean every decision ends up documented instead of remembered.

Away from the computer it's family, friends and badminton.

Two tracks. Start on either. The diagnostic credits toward the build if you continue. All prices in USD.

The lead path diagnostic

$500USD

I trace the whole path, click to booked job, on your live site: the form, the CRM record, the follow-up, the event firing once and tagged correctly.

TimeframeFive working daysYou provideAccess onlyBest ifYou don't trust the numbers
How it runs
1

You send access.

Your site, CRM, ad account. No design, no copy, nothing to prepare.

2

I test the whole path.

Submit the form, check the CRM record, the follow-up, the event firing once and tagged right. Recorded as I go.

3

You get the finding.

The recording, a written summary, and what to fix first.

You get
A recording of every test on your live site
A written finding: what fires, what doesn't, what's reporting numbers you shouldn't trust
What I'd fix first

It's yours either way, whether or not you continue.

The build

$1,500 to $3,000USD

A path from ad click to booked job with no untested gaps, a recording that proves every step fires, and the ability to answer which source produced a given customer.

TimeframeFour weeks from access and your contentYou provideDesign and copy, or a templateBest ifYou already know what you want built
How it runs
1

Design and copy come in.

Yours, or an agreed template. I don't design.

2

I build and deploy.

Fixed checklist, every time, so nothing gets skipped because a build ran long.

3

Tracking goes on last, deliberately.

Installing it against a page that later changes is a common reason it stops reporting.

4

Lead capture gets wired, then tested live.

Enquiries route to your CRM and a lead tracker you can read.

What's included
The build. An informational site or a single landing page, built from your design and copy or an agreed template.
The automation. Enquiries land in your CRM as records, tagged, routed and followed up automatically. Works with most CRMs. I'll confirm yours before you pay.
The tracking. GA4 and Google Tag Manager, conversion actions for forms and calls, call tracking connected, Google Ads conversion tracking if you run ads.
Lead tracking you can read yourself. Every enquiry written to a tracker you can open yourself, independent of the system it's checking.
The proof. A recording of the whole path tested on the live site, plus a written handover.

A landing page sits at the lower end, a multi-page site at the upper. Tool subscriptions (CRM, call tracking) are paid by you, in your name. Half to lock the dates, half within seven days of me sending the recording.

Scope my build
→Continue into the build and the $500 comes off the price.

You don't have to start with the diagnostic. If you already know what you want built, we can go straight to scope.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

After it ships, someone should still be watching

Tracking breaks quietly, and nothing looks wrong until a report does.

I watch the same path I verified at handover, automatically, and you hear from me when something stops, not six weeks later.

Whether this is for you

✓

This is for you if

✓You're a service business and your leads come by form or phone call, not a shopping cart.
✓You have a site and tracking you don't trust, or you need a new site with the CRM and tracking done right from day one.
✓You want to know which ad, page or campaign produced an actual customer.
✓You have design and copy for a build, or you're happy with a template. The diagnostic needs neither, just access.
✓You're in Australia or the US.
✕

This isn't for you if

✕You need a designer. I build, connect and verify. Design is a different discipline, and I'd rather point you at someone good than do a passable job of it.
✕You're ecommerce or SaaS. Different stack, someone else is better at it.
✕You only want a website. Every build includes the CRM connection and the tracking. I don't take site-only work.
✕You want someone to run your ads. I wire your conversion tracking and build campaigns from a brief. Strategy and spend are someone else's job.
✕You need it next week. Four weeks from access and your content, one build at a time. If something is broken right now, the diagnostic finds it in five working days.

Questions people ask before they enquire

Two prices, both in USD, and the first comes off the second.

The lead path diagnostic is $500, fixed. Five working days, and it's yours whether or not you continue.

The build is $1,500 to $3,000. A landing page sits at the lower end, a multi-page site at the upper. Half to lock the dates, half within seven days of me sending you the recording.

Go ahead with the build after the diagnostic, and the $500 comes off. You don't pay more for taking the safer route.

Monitoring afterwards is $99 a month, and it's optional.

The diagnostic is five working days from the day I have access to your site, CRM and ad account.

The build is four weeks from the day I have access and your content, not from the day you pay. Waiting on logins is a common reason a build like this runs long.

I take one build at a time. Once I have access and your content, the date you're given is the date it ships.

On a build, you'll know before you pay the second half, because it's due when I send you the recording of it working.

Anything on the agreed scope that isn't doing what it should, I fix free for 30 days. The exception is changes made after handover, a page edited, a field renamed, a subscription cancelled. I'll still fix it, it's just billed.

The diagnostic works differently, since what you're buying is the finding rather than a build. If I can't get far enough into your setup to tell you anything useful, I'll say so and refund it.

For the diagnostic, access only: the site, the CRM and the ad account. Nothing else.

For the build, that same access plus your design and copy, or agreement on a template.

Either way, one person who can make decisions.

No. Every build includes the CRM connection, the tracking, and the recorded test of all of it. If you only need a site, a web designer is the better fit.

Send your site and the one thing you can't currently prove, using the form. I'll reply with what I can see from the outside.

If it looks like a fit, we get on a call. I'd rather find out then than in week three that we want different things.

After that you get a one-page scope: the pages, the forms, the automations and the exact events tracked. That's what finished means. Once you're happy with it, the deposit books the dates.

From there it's either the diagnostic, or straight to scope if you already know what you want built. Two rounds of changes on each scope item are included. Anything not on the list is quoted separately.

No. I work with most CRMs, and I'll confirm yours before you pay. If you don't have one, GoHighLevel is the one I know best and I'll set it up.

Either way the subscriptions stay in your name, so if we stop working together nothing is held hostage.

Yes, on every build. I can also build Search or Performance Max campaigns from your brief or your PPC manager's. I don't set the strategy and I don't manage the spend.

You do, on final payment, in accounts registered to you.

I keep the right to describe the work in my portfolio. If you'd rather I didn't, say so and I won't.

Send them over and I'll quote them.

Monitoring at USD 99 a month covers watching the system, and changes get quoted on top.

We'll talk before you commit, and again at kickoff. After that, most of a build runs on written updates and recorded walkthroughs instead of calls, so decisions stay documented rather than remembered by whoever was on the call.

My evenings are your morning on the US East Coast. My early mornings are business hours in Sydney and Brisbane. I've been building for Australian and US clients this way for more than 7 years.
